The court of Sessions Judge Satendra Kumar convicted two accused in the case of culpable homicide and sentenced him to seven years imprisonment. The court has also imposed penalty on the culprits. The culprits will have to suffer additional imprisonment if the penalty is not given.

Sushila Devi wife Banwarilal, a resident of Ghatampur in police station Sadabad, had given a complaint on 7 January 2019, in which she said that her husband and he had gone to her farm on 29 December 2018 at around six to seven o’clock in the evening to see the holiday animals. Vimal Kumar son Nahar Singh and Manju Devi wife Bhuri Singh, who were present there, were putting pipes in the wheat crop standing in their fields for irrigation of Ghatampur farm.

For this, when her husband Banwarilal and she refused, Vimal Kumar and Manju Devi fell down her husband and hit her stomach several times with a shovel bat and bricks, causing injuries inside her stomach. Her husband fainted. People came to the spot on my noise, after which these people left her husband dead and ran away from the spot.
